Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- You receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.
- Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.
- We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
International shipping
We ship to most countries. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices shown on the Shop page.

How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
- We send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the items securely and attach the label.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See the Contact page for all the ways to reach us.
