Are Riverstone products cruelty-free?
Yes. No Riverstone product is tested on animals, and we do not sell in markets that require animal testing.
Are your products vegan?
All products are vegan except the River Lip Balm Trio, which contains beeswax.
Are the products fragrance-free?
Most are fragrance-free. The two exceptions use natural scent only: the Clay & Cedar Cleansing Balm is scented by cedarwood oil, and the River Lip Balm Trio includes Mint and Berry variants.
Can I use the Vitamin C serum and the Retinal treatment together?
Yes, but at different times of day. Use the Vitamin C Riverlight Serum in the morning and the Smooth Stone Retinal Treatment at night.
Which products are safe during pregnancy?
Most of the range is generally considered suitable, but the Smooth Stone Retinal Treatment contains a retinoid and should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor.
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Start with the Quartz Gel Cleanser, Hyaluronic Pebble Serum, and Mineral Shield SPF 30. Add active serums one at a time.
How long do products last once opened?
Cleansers and moisturizers last about 12 months after opening; serums and the retinal treatment about 6 months. Store away from heat and direct light.
Do you do patch testing advice?
Yes. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm for three days before using a new active on the face, especially the retinal treatment.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.00, and free on orders over $50.00. See the Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. International orders take 7 to 14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products can be returned within 14 days if they did not suit your skin.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Do you offer bundles or discounts?
Yes. Three curated bundles are available on the Shop page, each priced below the cost of buying the items separately.
A product I want is marked Low stock. What does that mean?
It means limited units remain. You can still order it. Check the Store Data Overview for current stock status across the range.
